#115 – Lee-Anne Richardson: Addicted to Happy

Lee-Anne Richardson started talking about alcohol recovery on her YouTube channel Addicted to Happy shortly after getting sober in 2014. A few years later she created Sober City which a local resource in Nova Scotia offering meetups, resources, and inspiration all around getting sober and connecting with like-minded people. Throughout the last 8 years of talking about recovery, hearing others’ stories about addiction, and learning about sobriety and mental health Lee-Anne has gained great insight into the many paths one can take on their recovery journey. We’re all so different but we’re also more alike than we realize.
